Outraged by a new hit song written about Sonic, Robotnik outlaws music on Mobius then takes pop star, Catty Carlisle captive. With his MD (Music Destroyer) Robot, Robotnik terrorizes the music loving Mobius population till Sonic rescues Catty, and brings back the music.
